Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event venues according to specifications
- Manage guest registration and attendee flow
- Distribute promotional materials and event information
- Assist with basic food/beverage service at concession stands
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas
- Provide courteous assistance to event attendees
- Report any facility issues to event supervisors
Qualifications
- Must be available for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Basic customer service experience preferred
- Reliable transportation to Jacksonville venues
