Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and provide exceptional customer service at event entrances
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure venue safety protocols are followed
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and venue maintenance tasks
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless event operations
- Complete incident reports and maintain accurate attendance records
Qualifications
- Available to work all Saturday and Sunday shifts (flexible scheduling)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6-8 hour shifts)
