Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service at event entrances, concession stands, and activity stations
- Manage crowd flow and maintain safety protocols during high-energy events
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Set up and break down event infrastructure including tents, signage, and equipment
- Assist with vendor coordination and guest inquiries throughout event duration
- Complete incident reports and communicate issues promptly to event leads
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday-Sunday) with flexible shift times
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and friendly, approachable demeanor
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation to event locations across Memphis
