Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service at festivals, concerts, and sporting events
- Manage crowd control and ensure venue safety protocols
- Operate POS systems and process transactions accurately
- Set up/break down event infrastructure and equipment
- Assist with vendor coordination and inventory management
- Respond promptly to attendee inquiries and resolve issues
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and/or Sundays with flexible scheduling
- Valid US work authorization and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in outdoor/indoor settings
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Positive attitude under pressure and in fast-paced environments
- Willingness to obtain required event certifications (provided)
