Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and ticket verification at event entrances
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist with guest inquiries
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure venue safety protocols are followed
- Assist with vendor coordination and setup/breakdown activities
- Distribute promotional materials and manage inventory stations
- Collaborate with security teams to maintain event integrity
- Report operational issues to on-site supervisors in real-time
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with flexible hours
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods in fast-paced environments
- Valid Michigan ID and reliable transportation
- Must pass basic background check (no felonies)
- Team player with positive, can-do attitude
