Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in and ticket scanning at event entrances
- Assist with venue setup and breakdown activities
- Provide excellent customer service and information to attendees
- Maintain crowd control and ensure safety protocols
- Operate point-of-sale systems for merchandise sales
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate with venue staff
- Support promotional activities and brand activations
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (8am-8pm shifts)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Reliable transportation to event locations
