Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and check-in procedures at weekend events
- Provide exceptional customer service and event information to attendees
- Assist with venue setup, breakdown, and maintenance tasks
- Monitor event spaces to ensure safety and smooth operations
- Collaborate with team members for seamless event execution
- Troubleshoot minor issues and escalate concerns to supervisors
- Represent Urban Events Phoenix with professionalism and enthusiasm
Qualifications
- Must be available for all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun, 6AM-11PM)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor/indoor settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation to event locations across Phoenix metro
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environments
- Must pass basic background check and provide valid ID
- 18+ years old required for alcohol-serving events
