Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event venues including stages, tents, and equipment
- Manage guest registration, ticket scanning, and attendee flow
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve attendee inquiries
- Monitor event spaces for safety and report maintenance issues
- Collaborate with team leads to execute seamless event operations
- Assist with vendor coordination and inventory management
Qualifications
- Available to work all weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation to event locations across Indianapolis
- Must pass background check (required for event venues)
- Flexibility to work in various weather conditions (outdoor events)
- Basic knowledge of event setup protocols preferred
