Responsibilities
- Set up and manage event spaces including stages, seating, and decor
- Guest registration, ticket scanning, and attendee assistance
- Coordinate with vendors and security teams for seamless operations
- Execute crowd control and safety protocols during events
- Troubleshoot technical issues (AV equipment, lighting, etc.)
- Post-event breakdown and venue restoration
- Collect and report attendee feedback to management
Qualifications
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays (6am-11pm shifts)
- Valid US work permit and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift 25 lbs
- Basic tech proficiency (smartphone apps, simple AV setup)
- Emergency response/CPR certification (training available)
- Professional appearance and punctuality
