Responsibilities
- Manage guest flow and check-ins at high-energy events
- Set up/break down event stages and equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service to attendees
- Enforce venue safety protocols and crowd control
- Collaborate with team leads for seamless operations
- Assist with promotional material distribution
- Document incident reports and shift observations
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays
- Ability to stand for 6+ hours
- Strong communication skills in English
- Reliable transportation to event venues
