Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service at weekend events and promotions
- Manage event setup/breakdown according to client specifications
- Assist with crowd control and guest interactions
- Operate POS systems or promotional materials as needed
- Report operational issues and client feedback to supervisors
- Maintain professional appearance and brand guidelines
- Complete daily time tracking via mobile app for instant pay
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and/or Sundays with flexible scheduling
- Must be 18+ with valid Florida ID
- Reliable transportation to Tampa event venues
- Basic customer service or retail experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hour shifts
- Smartphone with internet access for time tracking
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
