Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and check-in processes
- Operate event technology (AV equipment, registration systems)
- Assist with venue setup and breakdown logistics
- Provide exceptional customer service to attendees
- Enforce safety protocols and crowd management
- Collaborate with on-site event coordinators
Qualifications
- Available to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday)
- Previous event/conference experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for 6+ hours
- Basic tech literacy (tablets, POS systems)
- Valid driver's license for travel between venues
- 18+ years of age
