Responsibilities
- Execute event setup, breakdown, and venue management tasks
- Provide exceptional customer service to event attendees and clients
- Manage crowd control and ensure safety compliance at all times
- Operate event equipment including audiovisual systems and staging
- Coordinate with vendors and internal team members for seamless operations
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe event environments
Qualifications
- Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday without exception
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Previous event/concert/hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Must pass mandatory background check and drug screening
