Responsibilities
- Manage attendee check-in and registration processes
- Assist with venue setup and breakdown activities
- Provide exceptional customer service to event attendees
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure safety protocols
- Coordinate with vendors and support staff
- Distribute promotional materials and event information
- Report operational issues to on-site supervisors
Qualifications
- Must be available for both Saturday and Sunday shifts
- Previous event staffing or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6-8 hour shifts)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must pass background check and provide valid ID
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Basic knowledge of crowd management principles
- Reliable transportation to downtown Dallas locations
