Responsibilities
- Set up, manage, and break down event venues with precision and efficiency
- Provide exceptional guest services including registration, information assistance, and crowd management
- Execute event-specific activities such as merchandise sales, interactive stations, and VIP support
- Maintain safety protocols and ensure compliance with venue regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless event experiences
- Report operational issues and provide real-time solutions to event leads
Qualifications
- Previous event or customer service experience preferred (training provided)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-energy team
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday) and occasional holidays
- Strong communication skills and professional appearance
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Valid California driver's license (if transport required for setup/breakdown)
