Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services at weekend events, festivals, and conferences
- Manage crowd control and ensure venue safety protocols
- Set up and break down event infrastructure including tents, stages, and signage
- Process payments and manage merchandise sales at vendor booths
- Assist with VIP guest registration and special access coordination
- Maintain clean and organized event spaces throughout shifts
- Collaborate with team leads to execute seamless event operations
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday shifts (8-12 hour shifts)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Reliable transportation to various DC locations
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Flexible schedule with willingness to work occasional holidays
