Responsibilities
- Execute seamless guest experiences at concerts, festivals, and private events
- Manage guest flow and maintain venue safety protocols
- Process payments and operate POS systems with precision
- Coordinate with vendors and event management teams
- Resolve guest inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Set up/break down event spaces according to specifications
- Report operational insights to supervisors post-event
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays & Sundays (6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm shifts)
- Must be 21+ for alcohol service positions
- Valid California ID and reliable transportation
- Basic POS/cash handling experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours in dynamic environments
- Flexible availability for last-minute bookings
- Previous event/hospitality experience a plus
