Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Efficiently process incoming and outgoing inventory with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Customer Assistance: Provide friendly and professional support to customers and visitors within the facility.
- Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and storage areas.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damages and ensure all items meet company standards before shipment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the weekend shift team to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate standard warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time shifts, specifically Saturday and Sunday.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail, warehousing, or logistics is preferred but not required.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Computer Literacy: Basic proficiency with computer systems and point-of-sale (POS) software.
