Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service across all weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Manage inventory, restock merchandise, and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash management
- Assist with store operations including cleaning, safety compliance, and opening/closing procedures
- Train and mentor part-time staff to ensure consistent service quality
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly with a solution-oriented approach
- Collaborate with management team to optimize weekend sales performance
Qualifications
- Must be available for full-time weekend schedule (40 hours/week, Sat-Sun only)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for all weekend shifts
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
