Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Stock shelves and display areas with merchandise, ensuring products are organized and visually appealing.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management when stock needs to be replenished.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by adhering to all company cleanliness and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to execute daily operational tasks and achieve sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and effective manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or general labor is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory counts.
