Responsibilities
- Deliver world-class guest service across weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Manage reservations, check-ins, and guest inquiries with precision
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Resolve guest issues promptly while maintaining brand standards
- Execute upselling opportunities to enhance revenue and guest satisfaction

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday, 8am-8pm)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
