Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Resolve complex customer issues and escalations efficiently to ensure 100% satisfaction.
- Accurately update customer accounts and maintain detailed records in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the logistics and support teams to provide accurate product and service information.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service delivery.
- Adhere to all company policies, compliance regulations, and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center operations is a plus.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays as part of a full-time schedule.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
