Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care plans and medical documentation
- Manage weekend patient intake and discharge processes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Administer medications and treatments per protocols
- Monitor patient vitals and respond to emergencies
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and electronic health records
- Provide patient education and family support
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Nursing or Healthcare field required
- 2+ years clinical experience preferred
- Current Tennessee healthcare license/certification
- BLS/CPR certification mandatory
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced settings
- Flexibility to cover weekend shifts only
