Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care schedules and appointments across weekend shifts
- Manage electronic health records and ensure accurate documentation
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Oversee weekend staffing assignments and resource allocation
- Resolve urgent patient concerns and escalate critical issues promptly
- Conduct weekend patient intake assessments and care plan updates
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- Minimum 2 years healthcare coordination experience
- Strong proficiency in EHR systems (Epic/Meditech a plus)
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Pennsylvania state healthcare license (or eligible)
- Flexibility to work Friday-Sunday schedule (6am-6pm)
