Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care during weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams for seamless patient transitions
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Assist in emergency response procedures and critical incident management
- Conduct patient assessments and develop personalized care plans
- Provide health education to patients and families
- Ensure strict compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Medical Assisting, or related field
- 2+ years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting
- Current state licensure/certification (e.g., RN, CMA, EMT)
- Availability to work every Saturday and Sunday (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of electronic health records systems
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
