Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across resort amenities including pool concierge, valet, and event assistance
- Process high-volume transactions with precision using POS systems and cash handling protocols
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations and guest satisfaction
- Maintain pristine facility standards through regular inspections and preventative maintenance checks
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly with solution-oriented communication
- Adhere to all safety regulations and emergency response procedures
- Participate in weekend inventory management and supply chain coordination
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in fast-paced environments
- Flexible weekend availability (Friday-Sunday) with potential holiday shifts
- Proficient in POS systems and basic cash handling procedures
- Valid Nevada state gaming card or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Exceptional communication skills with multilingual capabilities preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Previous hospitality or entertainment industry experience a plus
