Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery and production equipment with precision and safety.
- Monitor production lines to ensure output meets quality standards and specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance checks and cleaning of equipment and work areas.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with the shift team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Assist in inventory management and material handling as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a full-time basis.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
