Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight safely and efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Verify and inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and condition.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and movement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistical challenges and optimize workflows.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance checks and report any malfunctions immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; prior warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow complex instructions accurately.
- Must be available to work Friday through Sunday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
