Responsibilities
- Coordinate warehouse operations during weekend shifts to ensure seamless order fulfillment
- Manage inventory control systems and conduct accurate cycle counts
- Oversee loading/unloading of shipments and maintain organized storage areas
- Train and mentor part-time weekend staff on operational procedures
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with weekday teams to optimize supply chain workflows
- Generate weekend performance reports for operational analysis
Qualifications
- 2+ years of warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible weekend schedule (Sat/Sun 6am-6pm)
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
