Responsibilities
- Oversee Weekend Operations: Manage and execute daily operational workflows to ensure peak performance and seamless execution during weekend shifts.
- Team Leadership & Supervision: Mentor and supervise weekend staff, fostering a culture of accountability, high morale, and operational excellence.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct accurate cycle counts, and manage product distribution to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
- Quality Assurance: Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Customer Support: Address operational inquiries and resolve issues swiftly to maintain high service standards and client trust.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict safety protocols and ensure a secure, compliant working environment for all team members.
- Report Generation: Compile and analyze weekend performance data to provide actionable insights to management.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday through Sunday) on a consistent, full-time basis.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or customer service management.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business or Operations preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality, dependability, and strong work ethic.
