Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations to ensure timely processing of all inbound and outbound shipments.
- Conduct rigorous quality control checks on inventory to maintain accuracy and minimize shrinkage.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Train and mentor junior staff members on proper equipment handling and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with the management team to optimize workflow efficiency and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Perform regular equipment maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Manage documentation, including packing slips and shipping labels, with high attention to detail.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Supply Chain or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or inventory management.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a forklift certification.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management software (WMS).
