Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care according to established medical protocols and standards.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any abnormalities to the nursing supervisor immediately.
- Assist with medication administration and document all procedures accurately in electronic health records (EHR).
- Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
Qualifications
- Active and unencumbered RN or LPN license in the state of California.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred.
- CPR/BLS certification required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team during weekend shifts.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and medical software.
