Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge, recommendations, and efficient checkout processes
- Execute visual merchandising standards, planogram compliance, and inventory management
- Drive weekend sales through upselling, promotions, and personalized shopping assistance
- Operate POS systems, handle cash transactions, and reconcile daily sales reports
- Collaborate with weekend team to ensure store cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence
- Participate in inventory counts, stock replenishment, and loss prevention protocols
- Adapt to peak weekend traffic while maintaining service quality and store presentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work full-time schedule: Saturdays & Sundays (8 AM - 8 PM)
- Strong cash handling and basic math proficiency
- Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in high-energy environments
- Reliability and punctuality with consistent weekend availability
- Basic computer literacy and POS system experience
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
