Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized shopping consultations

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Availability to work flexible weekend shifts (Fri-Sun) with some holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling experience
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Proficiency with retail technology (POS systems, tablets)
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional store transfers
- High school diploma or equivalent required
