Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at check-in/check-out and throughout guest stays
- Manage reservation systems and handle billing inquiries with precision
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations
- Assist with event setup and guest activities during weekend shifts
- Maintain pristine common areas and ensure resort standards are consistently met
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Operate POS systems and process payments accurately
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm)
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with reservation software
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US
