Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest services and anticipate needs during weekend check-ins and check-outs
- Coordinate with valet, housekeeping, and dining teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Manage VIP requests and exclusive experiences for high-profile weekend guests
- Handle weekend event coordination and private party logistics
- Maintain detailed knowledge of Miami's weekend attractions, events, and transportation
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with discretion and efficiency
- Contribute to weekend occupancy optimization through upselling opportunities
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury hospitality or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Weekend availability flexibility (Friday-Sunday shifts)
- Proficiency in Opera PMS and hotel management systems
- Valid Florida driver's license for valet coordination
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) preferred
- Ability to work in fast-paced weekend environments
- Knowledge of Miami's nightlife, dining, and cultural scene
