Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service with a warm, authentic New Orleans flair
- Manage guest check-ins/checkouts efficiently using our digital systems
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly while maintaining composure
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Process payments accurately and maintain cash handling procedures
- Assist with event preparation and weekend crowd management
- Update guest preferences and feedback in our CRM database
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday)
- Basic proficiency with reservation software and POS systems
- Valid Louisiana driver's license (if required for errands)
- Knowledge of New Orleans attractions and local culture preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
