Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized patient care including vital sign monitoring and medication assistance
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams for seamless patient transitions
- Assist with daily living activities and mobility support
- Respond promptly to emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and facility safety protocols
Qualifications
- Active Florida CNA or Medical Assistant certification required
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience preferred
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexibility with Saturday/Sunday scheduling
- Pass background check and drug screening
