Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care and support during weekend shifts
- Assist with patient mobility, vital sign monitoring, and medication administration
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Coordinate care plans with weekend medical team members
- Ensure patient rooms and common areas are sanitized and organized
- Respond promptly to patient calls and emergency situations
- Support patient education and discharge planning processes
Qualifications
- Current California CNA or Medical Assistant certification required
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in a healthcare setting
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity
- Basic computer proficiency with EMR systems
- Availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6am-6pm)
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
