Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate patient care during weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Assist with daily living activities and mobility support
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintain clean and safe patient environments
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies
- Adhere to HIPAA and healthcare compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- CNA, HHA, or medical assistant certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience preferred
- Weekend availability (both days required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license (if transporting patients)
- Background check and health clearance required
