Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including mobility assistance and personal hygiene
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with medication administration under RN supervision
- Transport patients between facilities and appointments
- Maintain clean and sanitized patient areas
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Respond promptly to patient call systems and emergencies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
