Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily activities including mobility, personal care, and medication reminders
- Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care
- Support a clean, safe, and welcoming patient environment
- Respond promptly to patient requests and emergencies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (CNA certification preferred)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Minimum 6 months healthcare or caregiving experience
