Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate patient care and support services during weekend shifts
- Coordinate patient admissions, discharges, and transfers with precision
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Respond to patient inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and healthcare regulations
- Assist with weekend staffing coordination and scheduling
Qualifications
- Valid California healthcare certification (CNA, MA, or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays with rotating holidays
- Basic computer proficiency with EHR systems
- Current BLS/CPR certification
