Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and support services during weekend shifts
- Monitor patient vital signs and document health status accurately
- Assist with daily living activities and mobility support
- Administer medications under supervision per protocols
- Collaborate with weekend care team for seamless patient transitions
- Maintain strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations
Qualifications
- Current CNA or EMT certification required
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience preferred
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday, 8am-8pm)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer proficiency for documentation
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Illinois driver's license for mobile care roles
