Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care including vital monitoring and medication administration
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care planning
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Provide patient education on treatment plans and preventive care
- Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA and OSHA protocols
- Support weekend patient admissions and discharges
Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN license in Florida
- 2+ years of clinical experience preferred
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Strong weekend availability (mandatory Saturday/Sunday shifts)
- Exceptional communication and critical thinking skills
- EMR proficiency (Epic experience preferred)
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts (7am-7pm or 7pm-7am)
- Valid Florida driver's license
