Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care during weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and document health changes accurately
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
- Provide emotional support to patients and families during weekend hours
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and hospital protocols
- Participate in weekend staff training and development sessions
Qualifications
- Current MA RN license or equivalent healthcare certification
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
- Strong weekend shift availability (required)
- BLS/CPR certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in electronic health record systems
- Weekend healthcare experience preferred
