Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized patient care during weekend shifts (6:00 AM - 10:00 PM)
- Monitor vital signs and document patient progress accurately
- Coordinate with on-call physicians and nursing teams
- Administer medications and treatments per protocols
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control standards
- Provide emotional support to patients and families
- Participate in weekend care planning meetings
Qualifications
- Active Virginia CNA or LPN license required
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience
- Weekend availability mandatory (Sat/Sun)
- BLS/CPR certification
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate approach to patient care
- Background check and drug screen clearance
