Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and assistance during weekend shifts
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Coordinate with medical teams to ensure seamless weekend care transitions
- Assist with patient mobility, transfers, and daily living activities
- Maintain clean, organized clinical environments per health standards
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations
- Support administrative tasks including charting and inventory management
- Deliver compassionate care to diverse patient populations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; CNA/MA certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year healthcare or clinical support experience
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as scheduled
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Proficient with electronic health record systems
- Pass background check and drug screening
