Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to weekend guests with a warm, welcoming demeanor
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Prepare and maintain clean, inviting guest areas throughout shift
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a solutions-oriented approach

Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible availability to work weekends (Friday-Sunday) including evenings

- Valid Louisiana food handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
