Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service across front desk, concierge, and housekeeping operations
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures with accuracy and efficiency
- Coordinate weekend events and activities for resort guests
- Maintain pristine property standards across all public areas
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Assist with inventory management and weekend supply logistics
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Flexible availability required (Saturday/Sunday shifts, 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid Florida driver's license (for occasional errands)
- Basic knowledge of resort management systems preferred
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Spanish language skills a plus
